The Springboks and All Blacks will soon engage in a highly-anticipated four-Test series, and the referee teams have now been officially confirmed.
Matthew Carley (England), Nika Amashukeli (Georgia) and Angus Gardner (Australia) will referee the first three tests of the Rugby’s Greatest Rivalry series between the Springboks and All Blacks in South Africa, which take place on 22 and 29 August and 5 September.
Karl Dickson (England, pictured) will then take charge of the fourth test in Baltimore, USA, on 12 September with the quartet to also officiate the other four matches on the tour against the Stormers, Sharks, Bulls and Lions.

Springboks v All Blacks Test fixtures
The All Blacks will play seven matches in South Africa on their ‘Rugby’s Greatest Rivalry’ tour, including three Tests and four matches against provincial sides. The fourth Test will be in Baltimore in the United States.

Saturday, 5 September: Third Test, FNB Stadium, Johannesburg – 17:10
Saturday, 12 September: Fourth Test, M&T Bank Stadium, Baltimore, United States – 23:00 (SA time)
