DURBAN - It's a new dawn in the Shark tank.
The Durban franchise will now be known as the Sharks Rugby Club.
They have also unveiled a new badge ahead of the new United Rugby Championship campaign.
CEO Shaun Bryans labelled the move as a statement of ambition.
In rugby's amateur days, Natal had Banana Boys as a nickname before becoming the Natal Sharks.
The Natal was eventually removed with the team rebranding as The Sharks.
